To someone I met once, A top man dedicated to the railway a full supporter and worker. With all thats going on I send my condolences to the family. R I P James.

Jim was a close friend of my late father Arthur for many years and was an “honorary Moore”! In my dad’s later years Jim was a constant and vital support to him. Outings to the club and later on the pub were one of the highlights of my dad’s day as his illness progressed; and Jim’s patience and unfailing positivity were hugely appreciated by all of us. It is a tribute to Jim’s special qualities that 3 generations of our family feel and mourn his loss.
